Really happy there are Villain Apps! This is a character I've had on my mind for some time now!

VILLAIN NAME: Bilious

AGE: 24

GENDER: Male

SEXUAL ORIENTATION: N/A
- Believes he's undesirable and doesn't want to even think about relationships. 

HEIGHT/WEIGHT: 5'7" / 180lbs

POWER(S): Disease Manipulation or Sickness Manipulation
- The Ability to induce, amplify, and spread sickness &/or disease

Physical skin on skin contact is required for this power to work. Even without using any sort of pathogen despite keeping control over what illnesses to use, touching him normally still causes nausea and sometimes vomiting _{[until he can properly control it].} 

*The only way to give a specific illness to someone via touch, is if Bilious himself had already had it before.

He himself is Immune to any pathogens that enter his body either through natural means or injection and he can even remove them from the people he's infected _{[That doesn't mean he will]}

Regeneration users and Healers can counter act his powers and destroy the pathogens he's planted. Has no effect on these people or those who can change their bodies to inorganic materials such as rock or metal, while organic material such as food or plants can most likely become 'carriers' feeling little to no effects.

<sub>- Starting off unless you know him well or otherwise are on good terms, Noaz isn't looking for friends. At least not by choice. He'll often accept offers if they involve him getting something in return. He'd mostly rather be alone but if one insists on hanging around he'll start to become more attentive/open around you.

- There are people in the world he's out for, and others he's got no issues on causing harm. He usually picks his battles but even that can get swept under the rug if he's seriously out to hurt someone in some way.</sub>



HISTORY:
<sub>- Noaz was not a nice child growing up as fights were a regular thing for him. His mother instilled this violent behavior through her own aggressive actions through the years. He was often needy and practically attached to his mother's hip, she in turn tended to coddle and baby him.

- The explosion's effect began to take serious hold around his teens. Starting with shakes and cough from what was a small cold that didn't seem to quit, highschool was difficult to focus in. He was a bully, for no reason other than he simply could. Yet when his skin began to change, hair grew whiter and everything else, suddenly none of his so called friends were his friends. He knew there wasn't anything they could really do to help, but ditching him only pissed him off.

- His mother took him out of school and began a very long and hard journey to get him some sort of medical help. None of which did anything. Medicines either had no effect or put him in extreme pain. A few teeth would fall out to be replaced by sharper ones. When it seemed to have stopped Noaz was confused about what to make of it, but it only took a simple touch to figure it out. Eventually at 19 he snuck out of the hospital and stayed with his mother until he turned 20. He then left to the city.

- He has very little reason to be a villian other than he simply feels the role fits him.</sub>

- Thinks he's too ugly to date _{[not that it matters since he literally makes people sick]}
- Animals & food are not affected but his natural touch, though he can make them sick too if he chooses 
- Dislikes Hospitals and Lawyers 
- Has semi-sharp teeth and naturally black nails
- His mother is oddly immune to his ability
